It's baaaaack: VHE's annual auction fundraiser to support Virginia-Highland Elementary School! Virginia-Highland Elementary PTO exists for many purposes, but one of our main goals is to ensure that our administration has the necessary funds - above and beyond their annual APS budget - to deliver outstanding education and support for students and staff. All proceeds from the Night Owl Auction are used by VHE to purchase educational tools and curriculum, student and staff support, and campus and culture initiatives.

About Us

The Virginia-Highland Elementary PTO supports our local elementary school, Virginia-Highland Elementary (VHE). VHE is part of Atlanta Public Schools. Opened in 2023, the school is located in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood and serves students currently residing in Ansley Park, Midtown, Morningside, Sherwood Forest and Virginia-Highland. With a school building originally constructed in 1923, our charming and historic school offers a rigorous course load, including art, music, physical education, media center, technology and an extensive STEAM curriculum for all grades. Virginia-Highland Elementary also offers Spanish for upper grade levels, band and orchestra for 4th & 5th grade students and Gifted & Talented instruction for all students who qualify.
